Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to their property on scheduled service dates. JHernandez Lawn Service is not responsible for delays or inability to complete services due to:

✓ Obstructed work areas
✓ Unsafe working conditions on the property
✓ Pets or people in the work area during service

Property Damage

While we take great care when performing services, landscaping work involves the use of equipment and tools that may occasionally result in unintended damage. JHernandez Lawn Service is not responsible for damage caused by:

✓ Pre-existing landscape issues
✓ Poor soil conditions or drainage problems
